The following packages require either a full prepayment or payment in two installments. Since personal circumstances vary, we can not guarantee passing tests for certificates or ratings in the time allotted. If additional training is required, it is charged at the regular rates.

Recreational Pilot with Class B, C, D endorsement in a Piper Warrior - $5,300

Recreational Pilot Kit - $250. Includes all necessary books and materials for passing Recreational Pilot Knowledge and Practical tests. Does not include personal equipment such as a headset, a kneeboard, etc.

Recreational Pilot package includes the following:

• 30 hours of ground instruction
• 20 hours of flight training
• 3 hours of solo flight
• 3 hours of simulator training
• Landing fees at Republic Airport for 60 landings
• Class B, C, D (communication) endorsement

Private Pilot in a Piper Warrior - $8,100

Private Pilot Kit - $250. Includes all necessary books and materials for passing Private Pilot Knowledge and Practical tests. Does not include personal equipment such as a headset, a kneeboard, etc.

Private Pilot package includes the following:

• 40 hours of ground instruction
• 30 hours of flight training
• 10 hours of solo flight
• 3 hours of simulator training
• Landing fees at Republic Airport for 60 landings

Instrument Rating

There are two options available for the Instrument Rating Course. For pilots living in or near Queens, 10 hours of simulator training can be acquired in ELITE PI-135, 10 hours in ELITE RC-1, and 20 hours in the airplane. For others, 20 hours of simulator training can be acquired in ELITE RC-1 and 20 hours in the airplane.

Option 1. PI-135 / RC-1 / Warrior - $6,600

Option 1 package includes the following:

• 35 hours of ground instruction
• 10 hours of simulator training in ELITE PI-135
• 10 hours of simulator training in ELITE RC-1
• 20 hours of flight training
• Landing fees at Republic Airport for 15 landings

Option 2. RC-1 / Warrior - $6,900

Option 2 package includes the following:

• 35 hours of ground instruction
• 20 hours of simulator training in ELITE RC-1

Multi-engine Rating in a Piper Seminole - $3,600

Multi-engine Rating package includes the following:

• 6 hours of ground instruction
• 10 hours of flight training
• 3 hours of simulator training
• Landing fees at Republic Airport for 20 landings
• Suffolk County sales taxes

Certified Flight Instructor

Certified Flight Instructor ground school - $1,900

Certified Flight Instructor Instrument in a Piper Warrior - $4,100
